The first answer is correct and I’ll explain why,
The pronoun says “ tu prefieres” which means “you prefer.” However in Spanish, when talking to another person, generally you add an “s” to the end of the pronoun.
For example, “tu vas,” “tu tienes,” etc...

The second answer says “tu prefiero.”
This is totally incorrect since the word “tu prefiero” is strictly used when referring to yourself. For example, “yo tengo,” “yo voy,” etc.

The third answer says “tu prefiere”.
This is wrong to because the word “prefiere” is to be used when referring a singular person in third person. For example, “el prefiere,” “ella prefiere.”

The last answer says “tu prefieren.”
This is wrong too because the word “prefieren” is to be used when referring to more than one person in third person.
For example, “ellos prefieren”.

So the correct answer is number 1.
