this is on edge even if there was I wouldn't be able to find it the question was on an assignment

Well, in any case, it seems all you'd have to do is write two paragraphs about a topic.
Whatever it is, maybe contact your teacher for more information.
Meanwhile, i'd recommend researching the topic that's presented and just writing some facts and/or effects that the topic has. Not sure what the words "hospital picture talk" would mean, and so, it'd have to be brought to your own instructor.

But that's my advice for now. :)
