I have this assignment for Debate and I need help to make thoughts about this "Classic literature is racist" I have to either be on the affirmative or negative on that. I have no idea where to start, I have read many stories of classic literature and didn't think people thought it was racist until now.

Oh no, we will stand up and speak our opinion on the topic and then the teacher will be the other person in it and so if we are negative then she will be the affirm. and vise versa
