You have the same exact question? o:
In mitosis, what are we replicating?
Um...idk
What is the purpose of mitosis? We're trying to make more cells? And how do we do that? They go through mitosis and they split
So what's the important part of cells that controls everything Here are some options- Is it proteins? mitochondria? DNA?
Mitochondria?
haha no, I know we always hear mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell. And the mitochondria is very important because it's what provides us with all the energy to carry out the things to do But it's DNA that regulates everything. When we want to replicate, or make more copies of a cell, the essential thing is to make another copy of DNA for that cell. DNA is important for gene expression and all
Ohh ok
This is mitosis in detail
Just read through it once. You might not understand everything (I'm not sure how much you've learned about it) but eventually it will all click into place
Tysm
Of course! So now that you have some basic idea of what replication is and mitosis is, do you know what the answer is? I'm not sure if you know what some of those terms are in your answer choices, and if not, I can explain them too :)
Yeah I already know the answer to it
okay, perfect! If you want me to check your answer then just let me know (:
