What is the Indian Removal Act and when was it passed

The Indian Removal Act was a law by President Andrew Jackson that he signed May 28, 1830, basically telling the president to give access to lands west of the Mississippi in exchange for Indian lands.

Not many of the people liked the idea but some of them just moved anyways

But not all the Indians liked this new law though.
