Regarding direct answers:

Please be mindful that the purpose of this website is to help people learn and study. Giving direct answers goes against our site’s philosophy.

In particular, we’ve noticed that some people are trying to bypass this rule by eliminating choices with no explanation. For example, a user might say “Eliminate A and B and choose between C and D” with no justification as to why A and B are wrong.

Answering a question in this manner does not actually teach the asker anything, and turns the question into a guessing-game rather than a problem-solving exercise.

Going forward, such methods of answering will be treated as direct answers and given the appropriate warnings/suspensions.

If you wish to use process of elimination, please explain, in your own words, why you are eliminating answers.
