Which of the following is an acceptable debt collection action by a third-party debt collector? A. calling you at ten in the evening to ask about payment arrangements B. notifying you by mail of the amount that you owe, and who you owe it to C. informing you that all of the money must be paid now or you will go to jail D. threatening to email all of your friends and family about your debt
so A is definitely wrong because that is after work hours and it should not be done. So is D, as they should not bring personal matters like that in. What do you think between B and C could it be?
I feel like B would be the most likely answer due to the fact that they wouldn´t just take you to jail immediately
unless you refused to pay of course
Yeah there ya go!
