Bug: when a question is locked and one clicks the "quote" button it shows that they are typing a reply, yet you can't see what you're typing.

This is not a bug because Ult has power to close cretin questions to not be commenting on.

Yes I have and that is a new update to the website that ult did so like I said before this is not a bug.

it only stops when you refresh or close the question

So its not a bug like I have told you its a commenting lock so even tho it says your typing a reply it wont let you post your reply because all commenting on that question is locked so like I told you its not a bug but if you want you can ask a mod if you still think that its a bug and they could explain in further detail.
