The other answer choice is wrong because an angle bisector

it BISECTS the angle
that means it should the cut the main angle into two angles that are equal to each other

if you look at your first answer choice, the two angles are not equal to each other (which is obvious by just looking at it, you don't need to pull out a protractor)
