Hm, i'm not sure how to do this without a direct answer, but have you at least attempted this or have you tried to figure out where at least like 2 or 3 of them go? Think of the categories and what they mean.
Rationing is giving each persona a certain amount of something
Economic policies are going to be things involving money and the economy of the country
Conscription is like a draft for the military
Censorship and Propaganda are like when the government is prohibiting certain things from being said and when the government provides biased information in an attempt to sway the opinions of the people into their favor.

so from this can you attempt to sort them and i can help you afterwards if they're incorrect.
