Actually, there are essentially two groups of users: "Askers" and "Helpers". The askers post their academic question with the intention of receiving helpful guidance, insight, and clarity concerning the particular part of the topic they are confused about. The Helpers give the guidance, insight, and clarity the user is looking for, however an asker should never give an answer to any question. The Helper is free to explain the concept and provide a sample solution, but they are forbidden to give answers.
