Now she asks
If she sheds all her tears
Would it get rid of all her fears?
Sometimes she wonders
Are we really living?
And are the things we do forgiving?
If she asks you
Do we win at life or does it pass us by
Would you have an answer for her?
Now she asks again
If she sheds all her tears
Would it get rid of all her fears?
Tears roll down her face
Like kids playing tag
One after another
Now she asks again
If she sheds all her tears
Would it get rid of all her fears?
But then she looked above
And saw a dove
She was reminded of peace
And her tears did cease
