You’re singing in the wrong key. You need to find a key that suits your voice and the song. Ed Sheeran is obviously a male vocalist so his range is going to differ from yours it sounds like you’re trying to sing the original key and you just can hit some of the notes. I’d recommend finding a key more comfortable for you and work with that. 30 seconds is not a lot of time to sing a song so I’d recommend working on the verses and the chorus before you turn it into your teacher. It’s important to learn about air support and when to use falsetto and when to use your chest voice.
