Helping out a site that I’ve seen grow from a young age is really rewarding. I enjoy logging on and doing what I can for it, it’s excellent. I’ve spent the last 4 years here, and all the experiences have formed me to be a mod that upholds the guidelines, while making friends and welcoming new members along the way.
It’s not the position for me, it’s the history. :)

And sure, sometimes, the workload may see, like a lot, especially when trouble constantly brews.
But in the end, it’s worth it, I’d say. We’re all imperfect, so we try our best to help each other out. As a team. And it’s gratifying seeing the results, as we see today on QuestionCove. :)

In my experience with the team, yes. The things we go through to keep the site’s integrity sure isn’t fun, but it isn’t the worst thing in the world.
