something would have to trigger it. Also, the mass of it and the gravity of it keeps it all in. I don't know the complete chemical compound of Uranus but if it does not have something to sustain the explosion like o2 then idk. it needs o2 and fuel. it has the fuel, no o2 that I know of. Also if something were to happen then gravity should keep most of it in.
