Give an example of how reading can be important to a specific career choice
If you plan on being a writer you need to know how to read 👍🏻
For physicians reading increases their vocabulary for how they talk about the world, specifically the world of health and disease.
I believe that being able to read is mandatory to every job?
Well rlly,,every job u khoose u need to know how to read lol

Yes, but saddeningly, I pressed post before you~ loll
:(
Actually, some jobs don't require you to know how to read lol
Which ones
Actually, they all do. You just don't need to be too good at it, but you still need to be able to read
Well if we being specific @Shayla all of those jobs u must read something even as little as a contract
yes, a contract

mhmmm....
Like if I were to own a blueberry farm and hire people to pick blueberries I'm sure there wouldn't be a requirement for someone to know how to read lol
How would you sell the blueberries then. Or, what if the you have to tell them something, but you have to leave?
Hmm well I'd just go to a farmers market or something and have my blueberries on a table asking people to buy them like it were a lemonade stand run by a child lol, and as for a note I'd inform someone else working at the time to tell the employees or something

yes,,but how would the employee even get the job wit out readin the application
I go sit on the side of the road yelling about how I need someone to work on my blueberry farm 😹
Then I just tell people about the job and hire them at random ig
loooooool
😹 but yeah you guys were right I'm sure reading is necessary for having a job
korrekt
lolll
As someone said above, a writer needs to be a good reader. Along with a writer, a critic does as well. If you review books, you need to read. I'd say that teachers need to know how to read if they're reading things with students. Historians, or anyone who studies really, should know how to read. Reading is very important for any job. As for the he blueberry farmer example--you need to know about planting so you should read up on those things. Then for selling, especially for big companies, you need to read as well. This brings me to the business category. Businessmen and women for sure need to know how to read. All their contracts and paperwork they must go through. Overall, I'd say reading is important for any career. It broadens vocabulary, and if you can be well-spoken and articulate, it's going to help you as well in any career.
how you so smart
woahhh
