Describe how the geographic concept of urbanization impacts the cultural landscape. Identify the degree to which zoning laws impact urban planning. Explain one way that the government assists with economic OR culture exchange within cities. Describe how Ravenstein's Laws apply to urban growth patterns. Explain how changing American demographics have influenced housing patterns from 2000 to today.
For the first one I have written "When land is urbanized it can cause historical connections to be lost and the population distribution promotes a more urban or more rural natural landscape." But I'm not entirely sure thats an acceptable answer.
@AZ
Hi! Got any ideas?

Ok I cut it off
The only thing I can think of is that with urbanization, a new culture is formed? Certain values and traditional aspects maybe be lost since it's a new environment with different standards I don't know haha
But it must take a long time for a new culture to be formed right?
I don't know if because it says "geographic concept of urbanization" that changes anything but I think new cultures can form within years or rather culture can change a lot more you know how fashion and trends are constantly change, that would be part of the culture
Oh ok I see thank you
Do you have ideas for any of the other questions?
uhh nothing that isn't already on Google haha so zoning is a method of urban planning where they basically say this land can only be used for residential and this land set aside here is for commercial use only
But there can also have zoning changes so that way they can change the purpose of the land later on too mhmm
Do you know anyone here who might have answers?
Not really :/ But when you search up the second question, there's an article and a tidbit from it `The main purpose of zoning is to use the land or a property for the common good of society. Zoning is also used to maintain the unique characteristic of the society, to protect and conserve the value of buildings, and to prevent new development from meddling with the existing uses.` https://marketrealist.com/2016/01/zoning-regulations-impact-city-development/
Ok I'll try it..
Oh darn it I already looked at it before
