if our body didnt adapt to environmental changes then we would all be crammed in select environment bc of not being able to 'adapt' and it would also put a huge damper on our evolution.we would eventually die out very quickly due to "harsh" environments.

Uhhh our temperature changes to adapt to the conditions that we are in, for example if it was hot outside we sweat to cool off our bodies
