I need help with slopes
okay so what is m= ?
either y=mx+b, or y=mx-b
ngl idk
okay, do u know how to find m, bc that's the first step.
alright lemme explain, you want to use the formula: y = mx + b, then you want to insert numbers for M and B, the number for letter M shifts the slope upwards, and the number for letter B, will shift the slope left and right, negative numbers will reverse the slope.
okay
Then what?
You want to shift the angle to look like the one in the picture, you can use the site desmos.com to find out what your slope is with the equation, \[y=mx+b\]
y=mx+b is slope intercept form formula The slope formula is \(m=\frac{y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1}\) y2=the second y value y1=the first y value x2=the second x value x1=the first x value so the first thing you would do is choose two points on your graph
