Look at the way that the box folds and then sometimes it can be easier to figure out, look at how long the pieces are and how they fold in

Well here I cant give a direct answer but you look at the four answer you can give then look at the other ones and the way I always learned how to do this was by drawing them, then look at what looks the most like that shape then there you go but just saying it isnt a cube
