geometric sequence each year it's decreasing by 3% \( a_n = a(r)^{n-1} \) a is the initial amount r is the rate as a decimal n is the n\(^{\text{th}}\) term so in this question a = 810 r = 0.03 n = 16 can you plug it in and find out how many employees there'll be in 16 years?
