@AZ ?

AZ:

The PPR100 and PPR130 are for beginner players \(\href{https://www.decathlon.com/products/ppr-100-o-2020-311864?variant=31629329006654#product-information}{\text{PPR100}}\) It has a soft blade (PP talk) and a slightly tacky rubber (SEBS). It's really cheap and you won't have much control on the ball or any spins you want to do when playing. \(\href{https://www.decathlon.com/collections/table-tennis-paddles/products/table-tennis-set-of-2-bats-3-balls-2-fr130?variant=1519085191181#product-reviews}{\text{PPR130 }}\) The PPR130 has 2 slightly fast and tacky rubber layers. You can compare the images from PPR100 and see that it's very hard but this one has a rubber layer so you can get more control of the ball when you spin it and such.

AZ:

I couldn't find the TTR 150 or 300 but I do see other TTR paddles- you can see by clicking on the link on the blue text \(\href{https://www.decathlon.com/search?query_history=%5B%22TTR%22%5D&q=TTR&category_history=%5B%5D&sorting=natural|DESC}{\text{TTR Table Tennis Paddle}}\) But these bats are made from better material (and so they cost more too). You get more control of the ball when you pay in terms of speed and control. I can't tell you the exact differences between them but it seems that the higher the number, the better the bat. But compared to the PPR, the TTR is much better quality.

AZ:

But the PPR/TPR are just one company, there are other companies too like \(\href{https://www.stigasports.com/eu/table-tennis}{\text{STIGA}}\) and they have different levels in their bats too for those who are just beginners to those who play at the tournament level
