@Carmelle here u go some ideas for ur essay

i) well for starters...u could start with a question, it always makes the teachers more interested...so llikeeeee...."have you ever played a dangerous sport?" some like that (with out the quotation marks when u write it)
ii) name 1 dangerous sport and give reasons why someone should b able to play it
iii) then say "some may say that kids playing a dangerous sport is not a good idea" then give 1 reason why they might think that then say "but i think challenging yourself is good" then give 1 reason why u think that
