Brute force method would be to divide the number by 2, 3, etc. and see which one gives you an integer result

But there are ways to tell without doing that

- if the number is even, its divisible by 2
- if you add up the digits in the number and the result is divisible by 3, the original number is divisible by 3
- if the number ends in 5 or 0 it’s divisible by 5
- if the number ends in 0 it’s divisible by 10
- afaik there’s no easy way to tell if large numbers are divisible by 9 at a glance so you’ll have to check manually
