Kate and Jack are blowing up balloons. Kate has already blown up 10 balloons and continues to blow up 2 balloons per minute. Jake has blown up 4 balloons but continues to blow up 5 balloons per minute. After how long will Kate and Jake have the same number of balloons blown up? How many balloons did they blow up that time?
