Imarealbaddie:

Do you think Thomas Paine was justified in his bias about the fight for American Independence? Explain

Satellite74:

The first thing is to be clear of who Thomas Paine was and what he did. I'm sure you've read about his works in a lesson you studied before this. What was his bias during this time based on your studies?

SaltTheLoser:

In my opinion his work of common sense listed the reasons of why he thought Americans should fight for independence and he made great points, for example he wrote about how the colonies should make its own form of representation. In my opinion he was a huge factor of convincing peoples minds to fight for independence.

The battle of saratoga was important to our history because it helped preserve and renew the fighting spirit of Americans for their independence from Britain and it helped forge alliances to the revolution from different nations.
