On an honest level, u can use "Context Clues" to figure out how to answer this question.


But before we do that we can cross off a couple of answer options such as "A. a spectator",u would do this due to the fact that spectators in stories never mention themself in a first-person point of view. We would cross off answer option "D. Julia", Julia couldn't be the narrator of the story if she's blatantly talking about herself from a third-person point of view.


This leaves answer options "B.another child" and "C.Julia’s mother".

Take a look at this of which was said in the expert "I knew I was lucky to have such a free-spirited child"

That evidence, even more, explains "Why" Julia couldn't be narrating the expert at all.

But it also shows that the narrator talking about Julia in the expert "birthed" her
