Here's a story i wrote based off of a story generator.

Gloomy Vermont

Bea looked at sharp blade in her hands and felt depressed. She walked to the window and reflected on how gloomy the sleet and rain was and how gloomy Vermont is with its rapid, raspy rivers. It was a place that encouraged people to feel depressed. Then Bea saw something in the distance no not something someone as the figure got closer bea realized that it was John. John was a tall and skinny. Bea gulped looking at her reflection in the blade. Bea was a sad, Gloomy tea drinker. Bea was a skinny and short. As bea stepped outside into the gloomy sleet and rain and john came closer, she could see the murderous glint in his eye. “I am here because I Want revenge” John bellowed. John punched Bea in the jaw causing her to fall to the ground. Bea stood up and looked at john even more depressed looking at the blade in her hands. They both looked at each other with pain and grief. Suddenly John lunged forward and tried to strangle Bea without thinking Bea. Quickly Bea brought the knife down on to John's skull. John’s legs trembled as he fell to the floor. Bea went back inside and made herself a cup of tea.

It's a good story, like not the kinds of stories I think I'm interested in though. Maybe a little more context on why John wants revenge, I don't know. If you fix up the grammar mistakes it'd be a lot better :)
