Technically, it's not an answer that is set in stone. It's a heavily debated topic, and I am on the receding end. What makes the average atheist adequate enough to set their own rules and regulations? What one man deems permissible is a crime to another. The legal system itself can be inadequate at times, and many people seek to see a change in it. Even though it was intricately constructed but intellectuals who cared. @loganisbored
