Well, you could tell them all of their improper acts. Show them why you are better than them. If they don't answer you then, that is on their own terms. if they ignore you, that's their loss.

If someone doesn't respond to my dms, I just take it they don't want to talk and move on. Maybe they're busy, maybe they just don't care. Either way it's a waste of time to keep thinking about this person. Clearly, as evidence by their posts, they don't care. Maybe they're disinterested or in a bad place in life, who knows. Just leave it as is imo.
