Students dropouts in highschool are a common sight, but the untold story of why they dropped out is something many people ignore or dismiss. Many of those stories include financial troubles, or personal troubles, but I think that people of all ages should have the freedom to make their own decisions.

At the end after that you could say :Even if they have the legal right to do whatever they want, their actions will limit their progress. They believe it would benefit them in the future, but it is really hurting their chances of being hired in this situation.
