Why would it be difficult to find success in your job if you ONLY had hard skills?
Define your definition of hard skills
wdym by that?
Hard skills...hmmm
??
add on that maam
Well, In this circumstance I think it might be- I believe it is their communication difficulty, but with soft skills, they are capable of openly talking without stuttering, and having strong communication skills is important when applying for jobs and going into interviews. You wouldn't be able to ask for assistance because you wouldn't know how to function in a community.
"Hard skills are abilities that let you tackle job-specific duties and responsibilities. Hard skills can be learned through courses, vocational training, and on the job. These skills are usually focused on specific tasks and processes such as the use of tools, equipment, or software." - Hard skills It would be difficult to find success in your job with just hard skills because you would be working so hard, doing so much things that your boss(es) would not want you to do then all of a sudden, if you fail at something, you would be devastated. And most likely, you would want to fix your mistake even if your boss(es) say that it is perfectly fine if you made that mistake. I don't know, this is my opinion.
oh- it shouldn't be very difficult unless you dont have experience or if your not old enough or as well train
Yeah.
I took some of what I said and what QCB said and got this: I believe it is their communication difficulty, but with soft skills, they are capable of openly talking without stuttering, and having strong communication skills is important when applying for jobs and going into interviews. You wouldn't be able to ask for assistance because you wouldn't know how to function in a community. It would be impossible to excel in your job purely on the basis of hard skills because you would be working so hard, doing so many things that your boss(es) would not want you to do. \ How dooes it sound?

But like... you fail once, you think you failed your job completely. That looks great Astrid. :)
Okay, thanks for the help guys. Thanks like a lot. <3
