So you can answer questions and get medals to increase your problem solving (do not reply to spam post or medal spam)
when you gain fans, invite users to qc, and help different users, your teamwork will increase
fanning people and asking questions increases your engagement (im pretty sure there are other ways to increase your engagement but that's the only ways I know of)
