Well from what I've seen video games really help with "Cognitive Flexibility".Most video games require u to use ur brain and come up with different solutions to get past a level.

Ex: "Tabs"- u must choose different soldiers to fight the other team,u basically gotta say to urself "How would this play out? Maybe I should add a scarecrow to defeat their farmers"
and if that doesn't work,u come up with different methods and use ur thinking skills to complete levels.

So ur thinking of different (multi) concepts to complete the levels.
