Neicy:

Has anyone ever heard of Russian cheese? It's like a giant egg ball that I don't think actually has any cheese in it. It tastes like scrambled eggs in a ball but it looks like it's just the yolks. If you've ever heard of it and know what it's actual name is could you please give me the name and recipe if you know it? My granny used to make it every year for Easter, but she died a few years ago and never shared her recipes with anyone so I really want it but have no clue how to make it. Please help if you can. I've tried looking it up but I can't find it anywhere.
