Okay here is my answer to your question, yes they do heal most of the time, it depends how deep the cut is, if its to deep it will take longer to heal and may not even heal, if its a light cut it can heal over 3 weeks or even 1 or 2, but that's what I think lol.

Sometimes for deep cuts it takes over a year for me not sure about others
