nathanpeterson:

i need help on this H2, N2, O2 molecules: must be polar must be nonpolar can be polar or nonpolar depending on geometric configuration indeterminate

AZ:

Would it be polar or nonpolar? You have two of the same atoms. Are they going to share their electrons equally or unequally?

nathanpeterson:

maybe unqually

AZ:

it's the same atom though you have a hydrogen and a hydrogen you also have an oxygen with an oxygen so wouldn't they share it equally?

AZ:

and you need to know that if it's polar- they share the electrons UNEQUALLY if they share the electrons EQUALLY, then it's nonpolar

nathanpeterson:

thx but i keep on geting rick rolled

snowflake0531:

If you don't want it, go to the 3 lines, press enter code, and type in `nofools`

snowflake0531:

and then refresh*
