I object. There are so many in prison who weren't judged by their peers but still arrested.

While that may be true, it is the Judicial branch which is the legal system that judges people. And sure, in certain cases there may not be a jury but this all falls under the jurisdiction of the judicial branch.

The executive and legislative branch may set policies and laws but it's not the legal court systems
