Well, we would right off the bat say 1. is wrong bc there were a bunch of things the legacy of the New Deal did like some insurance for those that were of old age, insurance for people that were unemployed, etc. So I think they were trying to stop the depression from occurring again. This leaves answer options 2. and 3. which do u think is correct?
