Hmmm so I know they do a lot of times these days if they are wanting something on government they usually try to bribe someone/some people with a lot of money so they can get that spot.

Police are government officials and they abuse their power more than we think. There is a case I know about, a missing persons case on someone called Sarah Everard and she was kidnapped by a London police.
