Claim: Volunteering is a valuable learning experience and should be required to graduate high school.
I need help coming up with a good counterclaim and rebuttal.
This is the Counterclaim I wrote: High school students may argue that volunteering shouldn't be required to graduate high school.~ Is this a good counterclaim?

i dont think it should be required, because some people may not be able to get access to volunteering
