I have a race tomorrow any tips on running?
Run lightly
It helps ^^
control breathing, not too fast or slow. also pace yourself, although depending on the length, pace yourself for the first 95% or so and push yourself for the rest

Wear proper shoes, ummmmm conserve energy by regulating breathing if it is long distance and errr if it is short distance get into a good staring position
also stretch before the race, especially your legs and drink water but not too much
Gl with the race :)
I am doing the hurdles and 800 and the long jump
MAKE SURE TO STAY HYDRATED
eat oranges and bananas so you don't get stitched

i do not know what to say lol. you know how fast you can run
not that fast there are 9th graders on the team we are going against and I am a 7th grader.
if they running fast don't worried they will get hurt and you can past them
should I start out slow then grow faster?
