i think that is because of the spamming in the questions over all they do not count so you must have spammed.

Well, From what I know, certain numbers go for certain areas.

Our Engagement, is for when we are online and when we are in chat, how often type stuff.

Teammate would be for how much we help with another user.

And  mentor would be for how much we've have helped a user through the whole question.
