HELP ME Im in 8th grade Honors English (which makes no sense because I'm illiterate can't spell and many other things) but were working on some book project about "The Book Thief" and i just don't get it like at all plus I have severe adhd which does not help with my blatant disinterest in english so I cannot physically sit down and read so if anyone has any suggestions that would be great (also i hope this doesn't go against any of the group rules)

Ok well for one talk to your teacher about the issue, other than that read the guidelines / questions for the book report and only read the parts of the book that have the answers (consult with classmates) furthermore if you have adhd you should talk to your parents about getting you to see a doctor who can officially diagnose you and take that diagnosis to your school so that you get extra help, time and etc. on projects like this one
