Take each coordinate point and do \[((x-3)3,(y-8)3)\]
so 3x * 3 8y *3?
Now first subtract 3 from x, and then multiply it with 3 Then subtract 8 from y, multiply that with 3
so x * 3 - 8?

how do you do that?
(2-3,2-8) (3-3,-1-8) (-1-3,-2-8)
