So we see that there are 300 prizes.....so 300 prizes are equal to 100% of the prizes. Divide 300/100....that will tell you how much 1% is worth Looking at the graph it looks like 1%+2% of people got more than 25% Add those numbers up you will get 3% We know that 1%=3 prizes.....so if we do simple multiplication and see what 3*3 is that will be the answer to how many people got over $25 worth of prizes
