even if it is vandalism, say they drew a rose or something to express theirr feelings. the fact you're doing it illegally doesnt change it from being a form of self expression and, therefor art.

Yes i think it's art.......A lot of people use it as a way to express their self and i dont really think it's vandalism because it makes things look prettier but some people have other opinions.

well, it's two things mainly, art and vandalism. most of the time they have no permission to paint there but i guess it is considered art.
