4 and 5 are correct mhmm 13 is wrong What is the Henderson-Hasselbalch equation? and 14 is wrong too but maybe once we go over the Henderson-Hasselbach equation, you can apply it correctly

The Henderson-Hasselbalch equation \(\Large \text{pH = pK}_{\text{a}} + \text{log}_{10}\left(\dfrac{[\text{A}^-]}{[\text{HA}]}\right)\)

So in the equation, we have a ratio and that is: [A-] over [HA] what does that make our answer?
