Why is Macduff's birth so important to the plot of the play? It means that Macduff and Macbeth are actually related. His unique birth gave him supernatural strength. Because Macbeth was born the same way, he felt a bond with Macduff. Macbeth can not be killed by a man born naturally of a woman.

Macbeth can not be killed by a man born naturally of a woman?
Yep, as stated by one of the three witches he met earlier within the play...one of the witches told him he can not be killed, unless someone not birthed from woman -- meaning that you are correct, good job!
