They're trying to get it

aniyahbrown:

oh

snowbell8963:

\[a _{n}=2(3)^{n-1}, n=1,2,3\]

snowbell8963:

find the next 4 terms

aniyahbrown:

yall do this in 8th grade

snowbell8963:

snowbell8963:

ib school

AZ:

to find the 4th term, just plug in n = 4 \( a_n =2(3)^{\color{red}{n}-1}\) \(\large a_4 = 2(3)^{\color{red}{4}-1}\) so what is 4-1 = ?? and then 3 to the power of that number and then multiply by 2

AZ:

Similarly, to find the 5th term, just replace 'n' with 5 and the same idea for the 6th and 7th term
